For more than a decade, B.J. has garnered a considerable amount of respect in the New England banking community. Often sought by various industry publications and market executives for his talent acquisition, succession planning, and market insights, B.J.’s clients appreciate his authentic approach and passion to learn and thoroughly understand their mission, strategic vision, and corporate culture. Above all, clients value his ability to transparently present the best available talent pool, so they can feel supremely comfortable and confident in their ultimate hiring decisions.
Prior to his success at Orchard, B.J. earned invaluable career and life experiences building two regional recruiting desks at two world-class executive search firms, led a team in Bank of America’s Global Payment division and built the custom plastics division at Penn Marketing Company, a manufacturer’s sales agency focused on customer manufactured components. B.J. credits his thoughtful relationship management style, unwavering integrity, superior customer service and results driven approach to his roots in manufacturing.
B.J. is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Marketing and Management. When he isn’t recruiting top banking talent, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and two daughters, close-knit family members and friends. B.J. is also a bow-hunting fanatic, avid outdoorsman, bogey golfer and despite being surrounded by Patriot fans he maintains his loyalty to the Philadelphia Eagles.
